A friend of mine gave a serious suggestion to me : Michael, trying to hang out with less asian friends (for me, that means cantonese speaking people), and hang out with more english speaking people no matter they are white, black or latino.

Guess what I answered ?

I told him, well, I realized this issue when I first came to California a few years ago. I don't know what's the point of making so many cantonese speaking friends. Even after I came to UCLA, my major social network was still HK people {tho some of them are pretty cool). But I did try to expand my social network to english speaking people but I just couldn't really enjoy it. Perhaps it's because of my slightly introvert personality.

Somehow I think I should go back to asia for a more comfortable working environment,
but right now, I am still really dreaming about landing my career in advertising in US.

• 有一個固定的社交圈子 （真的，一個就夠，唔想好像現在的生活那様）
• 和可以經常去旅行（到處拍照，喜歡去好local的地方，人少少，自由行，唔係30人歐州7天8國那種）

快將畢業，進入人生另一階段，自然比較多野諗。去年的我與今日的我有著很大的分別。去年的我，大大聲地說打死也不回澳門，要在美國找到工作。於是忙著找summer internship，心知ucla的課程一點也不實用和沒趣，對於我將身投身廣告界幫助不大，結果也算成功地做了三份相關的internship，履歷表都算是有些經驗，不再是一張白紙，但到了今天，我卻是在十五十六，優柔寡斷，有努力作出嘗試的決心，但也有回家的打算。

差不多係時候作出決定，願主保守帶領。

It's completely a new style. I tried to apply what I have learnt in typography class to this design. Those lyrics are extracted from my favorite canton pops. The red and blue combination is my most recent favorite.

It is pretty cool, isn't ? haha

回到美國，還未完全刻服時差，便開始catch up 手頭上該做的事情，還該還的債。但可惜跟本沒有任何motivation，internship的工作，film club的設計，都還未有心機開始做。mccann erickson的interview還沒有消息，看來都要打定輪數了。

將要畢業，對於大部份人的問題，我都給一個標準答案：我想做廣告。我想入advertising agency。想做media planner 或者creative specialist。我想留美工作，一年後到cuhk讀master，然後在香港找工作，打死都唔返澳門。

計劃已經定了，但是否是最好的，除神以外，跟本沒有人知。

做好自己，盡力把握每一個機會，但求無悔。

我係想到ogilvy ＆ mather工作，但其實可能新濠天地巿場推廣部比較適合，who knows?

這條小巷是在澳門的中心點遊客區。

但其實不是太多人知道它的存在。遊客只會穿梭於大三巴前的樓梯，停下來，拍拍到此一遊照，就離開了。但竟然在大三巴的旁邊有著這條不顯眼的小巷，兩旁都是葡式建築，中間有段石仔路，種了些花花草草，還用了一個那麼浪漫的名字來命名。



入黑了的小巷，加上你和微微細雨，就更加有FEEL。
也想起 rainie yang 的雨愛。

It has been the fourth year already that I was not celebrating Chinese New Year with my families. Today I asked my cousin, and he said it has been twenty-ish year already lol.
So what about next year? next next year? I don't know.

Now I am back in L.A. It's time to face the reality again.

Last night we just went to Aaron's home to have a music gathering. They practiced several songs for the coming singing contest final. Two music lovers, Aaron and Antonio, kept discussing the stuffs that I totally had no idea. So I just photographed them when they were playing. Hopefully, one day I know how to play piano.

Recently, I "become a design/art/visual communication major student."
and I don't know whether it is good for me or not.

What should I do with my life? - this question seems to become more difficult to answer as years go by.

It's so true that life is full of dilemmas. We always have to face decision marking in our daily lives. Well, as a college senior, for sure I've got a lot to think about, to consider, and to plan ahead. I am studying Communication at UCLA. But all my friends know that I am not really into this major. Rather, I am recognized as a creative, a designer and a photographer in my social networks. There are 24 hours a day, and I would say I spend 6 hours on sleeping, 8 hours on creative stuff, 4 hours on dinning, and 6 hours for studying. Currently, I am the creative director of Hong Kong Student Society, and my responsibilities are DESIGN, DESIGN and DESIGN. So everyday, my thoughts are always switching back and forth between creative field and academic aspect. That makes me painful. I guess I am in need of a CONCENTRATION.
